Learn to draw Mickey Mouse and Friends

Autograph Photo from the kids of Hairspray

Anyone have children that are fans of the kids from the 2007Hairspray movie? If so, here's a chance to get a free autographed photo from one of the stars.

2008 Disney Printable Calendar

A 2008 Disney calendar for you to print out. A nice addition for your son or daughter's room (very cute). You can even post it on the refrigerator.

Your children will enjoy the beautiful Disney artwork displayed in the calendar. Photos include: Winnie the Pooh, The Little Mermaid, Snow White, Lion King, Pinocchio and more.

After printing out the Disney calendar, all you have to do is put the pages together and punch a hole through the top of the calendar. Then you can bind the pages together with yarn, string or a paper tab holder (of course you could always just staple the pages together).

Hello to all, sorry for no posts in a few days as the sickness bug continues in our home. This is the third time since just before Christmas, I have been sick. Can't seem to catch a break.

Anyway... I would like to thank Marie for the nice e-mail about this blog and for sending in the link to this free coloring book.

Miley Cyrus - Start All Over - World Premiere

Here's the Miley Cyrus premiere of Start All Over.

When we were at the Hannah Montana concert the audience seemed to be much more into the Hannah Montana part of the show, then when Miley came out and sang her own songs. I guess they see the singing part of Hannah Montana all the time, not songs by Miley herself.

Hannah Montana Rock Star Fashion Challenge Game

One of my seven year old daughter, Samantha's favorite people in the world is Miley Cyrus, AKA Hannah Montana. We were lucky enough to get tickets to see her concert in Uniondale, New York and even I have to admit she put on an excellent show.

Anyway, Samantha has been bugging me to add some Hannah Montana things to Fun 4 The Children, so her wish is my command.

How To Play:

"Before the game starts. you will be shown a photo of Miley dressed up as Hannah Montana. Concentrate on the photo and try to remember exactly what she is wearing.

When the time is up, the photo disappears, and it's up to you to find the matching elements in Miley's bedroom and closet.

To dress Miley, simply find an item in the bedroom or closet and click on it to pick it up.

Drag the item onto Miley (seen to the right of the screen). Release the mouse over Miley to see her wear it. It's that simple!

If you need to see the photo of Hannah's ideal look once more, click on the "Fashion Flash" button. But if you can go without looking, you'll earn bonus points!



When you think that Hannah's look matches the photo. press the " Ready" button to see your score."

Make sure you search everywhere, closets, draws, behind doors, as many things are hidden well.

Make sure you click the Fashion PrintShop button when your at the Hannah Montana Rock Star Challenge game page. You will be able to dress Miley up in different outfits and then print the photos on your computer printer.

Letter from the Tooth Fairy

Add a little something extra special to however you celebrate your child's tooth falling out with a personalized letter from the Tooth Fairy.

This is cute because it explains to your children why their teeth fall out and explains the importance of taking care of you teeth by brushing and eating the right foods.

All you have to do is add your child's name and then your letter will be created for you to print out on your computer printer.

I've used this letter with my son and he thought it was very "Cool" that he received a letter from the Tooth Fairy. I wondering when his next tooth falls out if I can use it again without him knowing it's the same letter (can't put anything by the children).

Scenes of Transition Poster

I had order a copy of this poster for my daughter when she was doing a class report on river wildlife. The poster was so nice, my daughter hung it up in her room after the project was finished.

The Scenes of Transition poster contains more than 100 different plants and animals, and illustrates the rich abundance of life in estuaries. The poster serves as an educational tool, with a key that highlights the common and scientific names for more than half of the species in the painting as well as helping your child learn about the wildlife environments of the estuaries.



You can order this poster for free from the United States Environmental Protection Agency at the EPA website.

While your at their website they have two other posters you can order. One is for Protecting our Nations Estuaries and the other for Keeping Our Oceans Clean and Safe. I have just order the Oceans poster and will update this post when I receive it.
