Free Baseball Cards - National Baseball Card Day

I wanted to post this one earlier in the week but decided it would be better to post closer to the actual date of occurrence so that you wouldn't forget.

For all of you with children that are baseball fans or into collecting baseball cards, take note, National Baseball Card Day will be held on March 29.

National Baseball Card day is an effort by Major League Baseball Properties (MLBP), Major League Baseball Players Association (MLBPA), Topps and Upper Deck, to promote baseball card collecting to children and new collectors.

To help celebrate National Baseball Card Day, all you have to do is sign in at mlb.com/cards and receive a free pack of baseball cards. In each pack of cards you will get:

Five base cards from Topps
Five base cards from Upper Deck
One chase card from Topps
One chase card from Upper Deck
One informational card

You can also get your baseball cards by visiting Toys "R" Us stores, participating hobby stores, and MLB Clubhouse shops.
